1. What is Pump Peelz?

Pump Peelz is a type 1 diabetic–owned small business creating stylish, durable, and customizable decorative covers, stickers, and patches for diabetes-related devices. Our products let you personalize your pumps, CGMs, and meters with designs you love.

2. How do Pump Peelz stickers work?

Our stickers are printed on durable, high-quality materials. Simply peel off the backing and apply the sticker to your device to instantly customize it.

3. Are Pump Peelz easy to apply?

Yes! Pump Peelz products are designed for quick, easy application.

Applying Patch Products:

  1. Carefully remove the backing (start with the center if the patch has multiple sections).

  2. Place the exposed center portion over your device using the middle area as a placement guide.

  3. Smooth outward from the center toward the edges.

  4. Continue removing backing sections and gently press the patch onto the skin as you go.

Note: Pump Peelz patches are decorative only and do not replace or enhance the original device adhesive. Devices are not included. Always follow the device manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Are Pump Peelz durable?

Yes. Our materials are durable and water-resistant, designed to withstand normal daily use, including sweat and water.

5. Can I customize my Pump Peelz?

Absolutely. Choose from hundreds of designs or upload your own photo or artwork through our Custom Shop to create something unique.

6. Do you only offer products for insulin pumps?

No. We offer Peelz for many diabetes devices, including CGMs, pumps, glucose meters, pens, and more.

7. Can Pump Peelz be reused?

Some device stickers may be able to be removed and reapplied once, depending on wear. Patches are single-use and not reusable.

8. Do Pump Peelz interfere with device functionality?

Our Peelz are thin, lightweight, and precisely cut so they do not interfere with screens, sensors, or buttons. While extremely unlikely, we cannot guarantee zero impact due to individual device variations.

9. Will removing Peelz damage my device?

No. Peelz are designed to be removable without damaging your device.

11. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within the return window with photos. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.

14. Will my Peelz look exactly like the website image?

Website product images are digital renderings. Minor differences in color, scale, or placement can occur due to screen settings, material texture, and the custom printing process. These small variations are normal. See our Return Policy for more info.

15. Return Policy (Quick Overview)

We hope you love your order — but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted for unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once a return is approved, the item must be received at our facility within 30 days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for refund or store credit.

  • Some products are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Ultimate Patch Packs

    • Mystery Packs

    • Customized items

    • Gift cards

    • Discounted sale items

  • Minor color, size, or printing variations (normal in custom printing) do not qualify as defects or grounds for a refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds (if eligible) are issued to the original payment method after your return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

  • If you ordered the wrong item or device type, or are unhappy due to normal printing variations, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
