Mix almond flour, an egg, softened butter, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, a little molasses for flavor and sweetener to taste. Chill, roll, cut and bake until set.

Peanut butter thumbprints

Stir peanut butter, an egg and sweetener into a dough. Roll into balls, press a thumbprint and fill with a dab of no-sugar-added jam.

Dark chocolate bark

Melt dark chocolate, spread it thin, and top with nuts, seeds and a pinch of sea salt. Chill and break into pieces.
